Presentation of a Model of the children's house Glanzstoffwerke St. Pölten- Workshop at the NDU
On March 1, the work of a special workshop was presented at the New Design University St. Pölten. Students built models of two floors of the children's house at Glanzstoffwerke St. Pölten by Margarete Schütte-Lihotzky, including the furnishings. The small armchairs, which were designed by the architect in 1953, are also reproduced here in their original size.
The workshop was led by Christine Schwaiger, Professor of Interior Design. Mona Jas, the artistic director of the KinderKunstLabor St. Pölten and Christine Zwingl, director of MSL Center Vienna, also took part in the presentation.
