Guided Tour

We offer exclusive private tours of Margarete Schütte-Lihotzky’s former home. The tours are designed for groups of up to 12 people. Afterwards, drinks and finger food are served on the terrace. Perfect for birthdays, special occasions or office get-togethers.
The event, including the tour, is scheduled to last 2.5 hours. Naturally, the exact format of the event is subject to the weather.

Tea Time 

Margarete Schütte-Lihotzky held her tea party almost every day in the late afternoon. When guests visited, they would chat, discuss matters and drink black tea from Turkish glasses. We continue this tradition here.

Over tea and biscuits, you will have the opportunity to engage in conversation with two experts from the MSL Centre and our research team. Any questions you may have about Margarete Schütte-Lihotzky or Austrian female pioneers in architecture will be answered during this session. Specific areas of interest can be discussed and agreed upon in advance. The event is suitable for up to four people and lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
We use mugs from the ONE MILLION series, which were created by Uli Aigner in memory of Margarete Schütte-Lihotzky. There are 33 unique pieces in total, comprising mugs, plates and other items, each with its own number. You are welcome to purchase these from us.
